1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FrameProof, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FrameProof is an AI-powered media authentication tool that analyzes video, image, and audio files using multiple AI detection providers and returns a combined verdict. Results are probabilistic and not a guarantee of authenticity or inauthenticity. Users should not rely solely on FrameProof results for legal, editorial, or other high-stakes decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FrameProof. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• Only upload content that you own or have the legal right to upload.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service, including by submitting automated requests beyond the limits of your plan.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

FrameProof offers a free tier with a limited number of analyses, as well as paid plans for higher-volume use:

• Starter — $9.99 per month
• Pro — $29.99 per month
• Enterprise — $79.99 per month

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

FrameProof does not claim ownership of any content you upload. You retain all rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant FrameProof a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing analysis results to you.

The FrameProof name, logo, and service interface are the property of FrameProof LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FrameProof is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FrameProof LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on analysis results, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FrameProof after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
